The apartment is equipped with smart smoke detectors. These serve your safety, the safety of other residents, and the protection of the property. In addition to the usual smoke alarm function, they provide us with information on temperature, humidity, and air quality, and are equipped with motion and sound level sensors. Since we do not live in the building ourselves, this allows us to ensure that any issues arising during vacancy periods can be addressed as quickly as possible. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a three-family house built in 1952. It was completely renovated in 2024. The house is situated in a traffic-calmed area with no through traffic. Planning to explore the Rotenfels? Then you have found the perfect starting point. In the immediate vicinity, you will find a small kindergarten and a church.
Arrival
A vehicle can be parked directly opposite the accommodation in the designated space to the right of the three garages. Additional public parking is available on the street.
